Fair Pricing Policy
Cuteasabug.biz only prices our products at or below manufacturers suggested retail value. Any discounts or reductions are from that fair market value price. We do not inflate prices just to mark them down for the appearance of receiving a larger discount. We consider that to be misleading and an unethical practice.

Sizing Charts
We encourage our customers to utilize the size charts or contact us by email or phone with any concerns on sizing. We will happily measure an individual garment to assist in ensuring a proper fit.

Gift Wrapping
As a Special Service to our customers, we will gladly Gift Wrap, upon request, for a modest fee of $5.00. We remove all pricing from the tags and mail the invoice in the package with the prices blacked out. Gift Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

Gift messages are reviewed by cuteasabug.biz. We reserve the right to modify or omit any gift message that is inappropriate or too detailed.

For reasons of security and customs considerations gift wrapping is not available on International shipments.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit Cards
Our credit card payments are processed via Paypal, which accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit Card transactions on some International Bank Cards will not be accepted.

Sales Tax
Cute as a Bug Boutique is located in the state of North Carolina and will collect sales tax for in-state purchases.

Privacy Policy
Cuteasabug.biz uses your personal information to transact your order only. We will not sell or otherwise transfer or share your information with any other party. Cuteasabug.biz may on occasion, send you an E-mail or mailed announcement about upcoming Sales, New Product Offerings, Special Events, Coupons or Newsletters. Please unsubscribe to the Mailing List if you do not wish to receive future announcements.

Security Policy
Cuteasabug.biz uses Paypal to process all credit card transactions, which is a secure encryption processor.

As an additional Security measure and to fight Credit Card fraud, Cuteasabug.biz through Paypal also uses an Address Verification System, to confirm the Billing Address of the Card Holder. Cuteasabug.biz will not process or ship your order without Address Verification.

Security Codes (CVV2 or CVC2)

To protect your good credit and help prevent Credit Card Fraud, Paypal now requires the CVV2 Security Code on all credit card transactions. This security code is a number that is printed on your credit card and is used to verify that you have physical possession of the credit card used in the transaction. This will be a 3 digit number and located on the back of the car except on AMEX cards which use a 4 digit number located on the front right hand side of the card toward the top.

If you have any questions regarding this requirement, please contact your credit card company to verify this information.

Return Policy
We will be happy to exchange or accept for return any item, subject to the following terms:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
All sales are considered final after 30 days.

All sales of seasonal items are considered final as of the date of the special event. (For example, Christmas Clothes are final as of Christmas Day). We will gladly make sizing exchanges on merchandise returned within 4 weeks prior to the holiday.

All sales are considered final if the garment has been used, soiled in any way, worn only once, or only worn for a photograph. Clothes may be tried on for fitting purposes.

Please do not return used garments.

Returned Items
All items returned to Cuteasabug.biz, must be in New, Unused and Unworn condition. The return shipment Must contain all original items, including; all Garment Items, Accessories, Hangers, Garment Bags, etc. Any items with cigarette smoke or perfume smells will not be accepted for refund.

Clearance Items
All Sales are Final on Clearance Items or marked “SALE” in the item title line. Clearance Items and Sale Items may be returned for Exchange or Store Credit Only. There are no exchanges or credits on swimwear.

Time Limit
All items returned for cash or exchange must be received at Cuteasabug.biz within 14 days of receipt of the package. It is suggested that you send your package back within 5 days of receipt to make the 14 day deadline.

Refunds are subject  to a restocking fee up to 25% depending solely on the condition of the products returned or you may OPT for a FULL IN-STORE CREDIT (less all shipping). Restocking fees are due to the labor expense in the unpacking, steaming, inspecting, returning product to inventory and bookkeeping involved in returned stock when a garment was not returned in the condition received.

Returns stuffed in evelopes and requiring labor intensive pressing and/or dry cleaning are subject to the restocking fee. Items returned in orginial packaging, shipped in boxes and USPS Priority in the condition they were shipped will have the restocking fee waived.  Under Special circumstances and at our discretion, Cuteasabug.biz may authorize the return of items after 14 days without a 25% restocking charge.

In-Store Credit

Returns must be made within 30 days after you receive the order to receive an in-store credit. We do not issue cash refunds after 14 days from receipt of package.

In-store credits are good up to 60 days from the date they are issued.

Price Adjustments
We offer no price adjustments on previous purchases.

Used Merchandise
Merchandise is considered used if it has been worn once or worn for photographs. Used items will not be accepted for credit, exchange or refund.

Gift Items
Items that are received as a gift may be returned for Store Credit or Exchange Only!

Missing Tags
All returns must include all items shipped including hangers, garment bags, any accessories and the original garment tags. A 50% restocking fee will be charged on all returns that do not include the original tags.

Refused Shipments
A restocking fee will be charged on all bounced, returned or refused shipments. The restocking fee will be 50% on all Special Order Items and 25% on the order total or $10.00 whichever is greater.

Return Shipments
Please wrap and package any return items to protect them from any damage and return via USPS Priority mail. Consumer is responsible for any damage to merchandise and Return Shipping Charges. Please insure any return shipments.

Shipping Charges
The Customer is responsible for All shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original Credit or Debit Card Number after all conditions of the Return Policy have been met. Due to bank transaction time, please allow up to two weeks for your credit to appear in your account.

Package Time in Transit
All orders are shipped on normal business days, Monday through Friday, except Holidays. Domestic orders received prior to 4 p.m. Eastern time, will be shipped the same business day. International orders will be shipped the next business day. Please refer to U.S. Postal Service for delivery details and guarantees.

Priority Mail – This is our standard shipment method. Normal delivery times are 2 to 3 days, including Saturday deliveries. The projected delivery date will be indicated in the email verifying receipt of the order.

Damaged Shipments
Please contact Cute as a Bug directly and immediately to assist you in resolving issues relating to damages during shipment.

Post Office Boxes
We gladly ship any item to your Post Office Box address. We utilize the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or Express Mail for this service.

APO / FPO Addresses
In Support for our Troops, we gladly ship any item to your APO or FPO address. Delivery Confirmation service is not available to APO/FPO addresses. We utilize the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for this service.

Shipping Insurance
Cuteasabug.biz fully insures all shipments upon the request of the customer at an additional charge. It is the responsibility of the customer to insure any returned items against loss or damage.

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. There will be no additional charges for orders canceled prior to shipment.

Domestic Shipping Costs
Cuteasabug.biz will always strive to keep shipping charges as low as possible. Shipping and Handling Charges within the United States currently are charged a Flat Rate shipping of $6.00 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item. We ship all goods daily via USPS Priority mail that takes 2-3 business days to arrive.

International Shipments
Cuteasabug.biz utilizes the US Postal Service for all Shipments outside the United States. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking Services are not available on International Shipments.

Additional charges on international shipments will be billed and paid prior to shipping using a Paypal invoice to the email address on the invoice.

International Time in Transit
The following shipment methods are now available to our International Customers. These Transit Times do not include any unforeseen or excessive delays in Transit or Customs. The projected delivery Transit Times vary from Country to Country.

Global Priority Air Mail - 2 to 14 Days (Depending on Destination Country)
Global Express Air Mail - 2 to 7 Days (Depending on Destination Country)

International Shipping Costs
International Shipping and Handling Charges are based on the Items ordered, the destination Country and the US Postal Service shipment selection. The actual Shipping and Handling Charges ARE NOT calculated during the checkout process and will be billed separately.

International Order Tracking
Sorry, no Tracking Numbers are provided for International Shipments

International Gifts
